Our Design Process
Discover
The first phase of the process is to define the exact goals of the project or business. Also called a creative brief, this step clearly states the problem and contains all of the information needed. Understanding the business properly will allow us to develop a unique solution for you.
Plan
At this stage detailed project requirements and specifications are fully established. During this process both project goals and audience requirements are merged to develop detailed site-maps and wireframes ready for the creative input and response.
Create
This is when the vision of the project really starts to come to life as the visual elements are developed. Great attention to detail is given as designs are developed utilizing standard web practice; valid HTML and CSS, web based content management systems and optimized graphics.
Grow
We are committed to the long term success of all websites and products we create; our relationship does not end upon the completion of a project. We continue to monitor for errors, performance, and visitor statistics.
Our Team
Natalie Waddell - President
Natalie has been involved in website development and search engine optimization since the late 1990s. Before founding Digital eM-space in 2001, she worked for several dot-com companies, including an international e-commerce development company as a business analyst. There she worked on several projects, including those involving Bell Canada, Telus Mobility, and The Body Shop.
Natalie has a true passion for search engine optimization and helping clients be found on the internet.
Collin Grasley - Creative Director
Collin has been involved in the creative arts since an early age. He has 10 years of experience in Front End Web Development, User Interface Design and Graphic design.
Over the course of his career, he has worked in many multi-discipline firms on numerous projects. His work has stretched globally from South Africa to the United States. Collin is listed as one of the top 300 active web designers to follow on Twitter. In his spare time he enjoys Art, Music, Cats and the company of Friends and Family.
