Challenges -
The goals of this undertaking was to ultimately increase the ranking
on the search engine results pages for important key phrases and to increase
the overall visitor count to the website.
Solution
Pay-Per-Click
campaigns undertaken to provide targeted, flexible, immediate
and cost-effective exposure in the search engines. Focus of this effort
was for keywords and key phrases where natural results were proving
weak.

Research Analysis and search engine copywriting to further
enhance the rankings on the search engine results page.

Worked
with the client to develop industry specific content
that was optimized for the search engines in an effort to bring
long-term natural rankings, since good copywriting is generally immune

Prouse
Dash Crouch LLP was simply looking for a website re-design to reorganize
their online marketing materials into a more user-friendly package.
Solution
Leveraging
our knowledge gained from a scientific understanding of the inner-workings
of the search engines, we applied standard search engine optimization techniques
when re-designing the site. These techniques – keyword research analysis,
search engine crawler friendliness analysis, metags optimization,
and search
engine copywriting – were
applied during our website re-design. (Note: All of our design or redesign
projects include search-engine readiness.) This re-tooling of the existing
website went a long way, in that not only did it provide a fresh look to
ProuseDash.ca, but it also “skyrocketed” the site’s rankings
on the search engine results pages.

Challenges
JMartinPeters.com is a typical brochure-ware website used to
promote a legal practice. In 2004 JMartinPeters.com was a
new website aiming to rank organically for important keywords,
such as Vancouver Criminal Lawyer. Being a new site, the
site had to be completely optimized and suitable links
created in order to rank in the Search Engines. The initial web site
design was not at all search engine friendly, in that it
was built in “frames” and extremely “heavy” with
imagery.

Title & Meta Tags Optimization, Anchor Text Optimization and Search
Engine Copywriting were just some of the methods
utilized to improve this website's search engine placement.
In addition to the restructuring of the website into a search
engine friendly state, there were significant efforts made
to increase the rankings of the website by addressing on-page
optimization and link building.
After the initial
few months when the optimization techniques were reflected
and sufficient number of links established, the site's
ranking for important keywords started improving. As of
December 21st, 2005 JMartinPeters.com is ranking #2 for Vancouver
Criminal Lawyer and other very important and competitive
keywords.
